Mitigating Circumstances

(n) Mitigating Circumstances are the situations or conditions which compelled or influenced a person in doing a crime. Though such situations does not absolve the liability or relives the accused, it influence the judge while ordering the punishment. Eg of mitigating circumstances are killing a person who continuously molest the culprits girlfriend. Home
