Permanent Disability

The lifetime disability of the person to perform his/her normal work or activities either physically or mentally. Usually an on-job accidents leading to permanent disability are compansated after evaluation of the degree of disability once the condition is normal. The disability compansation are monetary and its rated from 1-100% where 100% is full disability with full compansation value. The ratings are given on the basis of the age, type of disability etc. Home
