What is Misadventure?
(n) Misadventure is an action done in good faith, without criminal negligence or violation of the law of land but which has resulted in an unanticipated accident or loss to any party. Here the accident occurs without any criminal negligence but as an act of God. Eg. Injury cased to participants while ropewalking due to an unexpected wind.
